How does working with a hotel work?
We are your event manager whenever your project calls for it. We hold the conversations with your client, design and organise the event and run it on the day, in consultation with your sales, F&B and operations teams. You keep the client, the rooms and the kitchen.
Do you act on behalf of the hotel?
Yes, if you wish. We can talk to the client on behalf of your hotel, so the client experiences your hotel as one whole.
Can you produce outside the hotel?
Yes. For example on the beach, in the dunes, on a golf course or at a nearby estate, combined with the stay at your hotel.
Which requests can we bring you in for?
Company parties, galas, team outings, multi-day retreats, client evenings, private dinners and brand events: anything beyond a standard package.
What does an event cost?
Every event is tailor-made. After an introduction you receive a proposal with a clear budget, based on your wishes, number of guests and location.
How far in advance should I book?
The earlier, the more choice in venues and suppliers. For larger events in high season we recommend getting in touch a few months ahead. Shorter notice? Just ask, more is often possible than you think.
Where do you work?
We are based in Heemstede and mainly work in Haarlem, Aerdenhout, Bloemendaal, Amsterdam and the Schiphol area, as well as throughout the Netherlands and Europe, including Portugal.
